Shipping policy

Where we ship: anywhere in the United States. We don't ship outside the US at this time.

Cost: standard shipping is $5.00 on orders under $100 and free on orders of $100 or more. Subscription orders follow the same rule.

Timing: orders ship from North Ogden, Utah, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships.

Subscriptions: each renewal is charged on its scheduled date and ships within the same 1 to 2 business days. You can skip, reschedule or cancel any upcoming delivery from Manage My Subscription.

Problems: if your package is late, damaged or missing, email support@mysuperoil.com and we'll make it right.
